The Virus of Zika
The Zika outbreak happened in 2015. But it was first identified in 1947 as this mosquito-borne disease. It is spread to the bites of infected Aedes mosquitoes, but can also be passed to your fetus by an infected pregnant mother.
How to Prevent Mosquito Bites
There are a number of tips that you and your family can do to prevent mosquito activity in and around your home while you are enjoying sunshine in a sensitive manner during government lockouts.
Do not let the standing water remain in your yard. Mosquitoes can breed even in a teaspoon of water.
Let the air circulate. Mosquitoes cannot fly strong.
Avoid some days of the day. They are more active in dark and dawn.
